Most shipments will be sent via USPS. Tracking will be emailed to the emailed used in the transaction. Allow 1-2 days of processing and 3-5 days for shipping. If you have a special request or are an international customer, please contact us directly firstname.lastname@example.org.
We offer a 30 day limited return policy. The 30 day policy starts the day the item is ordered. We will only pay return shipping on defective products. If you exceed the 30 day limit, we are not able to take any returns.

All orders will be shipped from Lancaster, CA. Our distributor Dragon Chewer will facilitate each order.
I haven't received my item. What can I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware it takes 1-2 days to process each order. If your item is a “pre sale” or “backorder” processing time may take 1-3 weeks.
If you used an incorrect email on your order you will not receive a tracking update.
Tracking Notifications. Why is my tracking blank?
Once we create a label please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

My product is defective. What can I do?
